Business in Phoenix rebuilding after warehouse fire caused by car crash

A Phoenix company is moving forward with rebuilding efforts following a tragic incident in which one person lost their life and their warehouse was engulfed in flames about a month ago. The fatal crash occurred near 15th Avenue and Grant Street in late July, with reports indicating that the driver was speeding before crashing into the warehouse. The CEO of iCOAT Products, Tim Phelps, estimated damages at over $300,000 and shared that the company faced various hurdles such as dealing with insurance and managing security concerns post-fire. However, despite these challenges, they have made progress by clearing out two dumpsters and are aiming to complete the rebuilding process in about three months. While the company is currently operating from a temporary location in Tempe, their intent is to return to their original site in Phoenix. Phelps emphasized the importance of staying resilient in the face of adversity and focusing on what can be controlled rather than stressing over the uncontrollable.
