Authorities release additional information about fatal Green Lake accident that claimed life of 12-year-old
Authorities in Green Lake County have shared more details about a tragic incident where a person was struck and killed by a vehicle in Green Lake. The incident occurred in the morning on Hill Street, where 12-year-old John “Emmet” Zodrow was riding his bicycle with two friends when a vehicle driven by 85-year-old Jean Woolley struck him, causing severe injuries. Zodrow was taken to a hospital in Ripon but sadly did not survive. The circumstances of the crash are currently being investigated by the Green Lake Police Department, the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, and the Wisconsin State Patrol. Additional information about the incident was not disclosed.
