Austin Police seeking suspect in fatal South Congress crash

Bobby Wayne Carr was struck by a car while riding his bike on South Congress Avenue, sustaining serious injuries that led to his passing. Police are specifically looking for a 2024 Black Ford Bronco with specific damages, described as missing a front right side fender and potentially bearing collision damage.
