Atlanta Street in Roswell Closed Due to Bus Crash
According to the Roswell Police Department, Atlanta Street (Highway 9) was completely closed earlier today due to an accident involving a school bus and another vehicle. Fortunately, there were no children on the bus and no injuries were reported. The incident occurred on the stretch between Riverside Road and Chattahoochee Circle, where utility poles and wires were damaged. As a result, the road closure will continue until repairs are completed and the area is safe for travel. Motorists are urged to find alternate routes while cleanup is underway, and updates on the reopening of the road will be shared once available.
