Authorities were called to Equinox Apartments early Saturday morning for a reported stabbing, where a man died and a boy was seriously injured. The suspect initially fled the scene but was later spotted in Duluth driving a stolen vehicle. After a chase, the suspect crashed into a squad car and attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by law enforcement. A deputy sustained minor injuries in the crash but has been released from the hospital.
