Arrest made in fatal crash following one-month investigation
Over a month following a tragic collision in Arlington, law enforcement officials have apprehended a suspect, Robert Laspesa, 41, of Milford, on charges related to motor vehicle homicide and driving under the influence of drugs. Capt. Richard Flynn of the Arlington Police Department stated that Laspesa faced multiple motor vehicle violations following an investigation, leading to a warrant for his arrest. Laspesa was taken into custody at his residence in Milford by the Milford Police Department, and later transferred to the Arlington Police Department for further processing. Subsequently, Laspesa appeared before the court the following day.
