Arrest made in fatal Boynton Beach crash
Francisco Zavala has been arrested in connection with a fatal crash last June in Boynton Beach that claimed the life of a woman. According to court records, Zavala is accused of driving without headlights at 61 miles per hour in a 45 zone and striking the victim's car as she made a U-turn on State Road 804.The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said Zavala showed signs of impairment and faces DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges. The victim died from head injuries. The sheriff's office also noted that the dimly lit road contributed to the collision.
