Arrest in deadly Gibson County collision

In Henderson, Kentucky, the Gibson County Sheriff's Office has reported that an individual has been arrested in connection with a deadly accident that occurred in January. Law enforcement officials went to a rural location in Patoka to apprehend 41-year-old Justin Hill for his involvement in a collision on January 24. Hill was driving a red Cadillac CTS and allegedly failed to yield while crossing US 41 at Old US Highway 41, resulting in a collision with a Ford Escape traveling south on US 41. According to officials, both drivers underwent chemical testing, revealing that Hill was driving under the influence of methamphetamines. He has been detained at the Gibson County Jail and is facing charges of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.
