The woman, Imahjai Sutherland, 25, faces multiple charges including manslaughter, assault, vehicular homicide, and driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred when authorities discovered a car down an embankment near Exit 5 early Sunday morning, with the passengers, Jamilla Tirado, 27, and Cepelynn Johnson, 25, sustaining fatal injuries. Sutherland, who showed signs of intoxication, was hospitalized for serious injuries before being processed for the charges. She has been arraigned and is currently held without bail at the Albany County Correctional Facility.
