Reports revealed that Joshua had returned to Britain for the funerals of Sina Ghami and Latif “Latz” Ayodele, which were held on Sunday following the accident near Lagos where they lost their lives. Joshua sustained minor injuries in the crash and was released from the hospital to recover at home. The driver of the car has been charged with dangerous driving. Despite the tragedy, former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury announced that he is coming out of retirement, sparking speculation about a potential fight with Joshua, who has yet to address his future in boxing.
