
Another fatality in July 10 Kansas City, Missouri crash
The individual driving a car involved in a deadly accident that took place on July 10 in Kansas City, Missouri passed away on Thursday while in the hospital. One of the passengers in the front seat of the same vehicle died at the scene of the crash at Blue Ridge Road and Eastern Avenue, as reported by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. The identities of the victims have not been disclosed yet. The incident occurred shortly after 4:40 p.m. and involved a silver Dodge Dakota heading south on Blue Ridge and a green Subaru Forester traveling north on Eastern. The Subaru proceeded through the intersection and struck the left side of the Dodge, causing the Dodge to spin, hit a curb and a metal light pole, and ultimately overturn. Both occupants in the Dodge, the driver, and the front seat passenger were not wearing seat belts, according to the police. The driver and a backseat passenger in the Subaru were unharmed.
