Ambulance collides in Clifton, causing temporary closure of I-70B

Over the weekend in Clifton, Colorado, several emergency services including the Colorado State Patrol, Mesa County Sheriff's Office, and Grand Junction Fire Department were called to an accident involving a car and an ambulance at the intersection of I-70B and 32 Road. The ambulance was transporting a patient, later transferred to another ambulance, and fortunately no injuries were reported from the incident. The Westbound lanes of I-70B were briefly shut down for emergency response, with MCSO assisting in traffic control until the roads were cleared.
