Calaveras Consolidated Fire responded to a situation where an Amazon Prime delivery van caught fire following an accident in Valley Springs. The incident occurred early Friday morning on Oliver Orchard Road. Fortunately, the fire was swiftly contained after spreading to about a quarter acre of vegetation, and the driver of the van was unharmed. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
