Country singer Conner Smith is currently facing legal troubles following a tragic incident in Nashville. His vehicle struck and killed a woman while she was crossing the road. Authorities determined Smith's failure to yield as the primary factor contributing to the crash; however, there were no indications of impairment upon investigation, with no evidence suggesting Smith was under the influence of drugs or using his cellphone during the incident.
