POLK CITY, Fla. (WFLA)— All westbound lanes are closed on I-4 in Polk City after a fatal crash, the Florida Highway Patrol announced. Troopers responded to a crash on I-4 near mile marker 44 in Polk City around 6:28 a.m. Tuesday. According to FHP, there is a confirmed fatality.
