Airman from Mountain Home dies in swimming mishap
Tragically, a member of the 366th Fighter Wing passed away on Saturday following a swimming incident near Mountain Home. The individual encountered difficulties while swimming in the local area and did not resurface around 2 p.m., confirmed by Mountain Home Air Force Base authorities. Promptly at 2:30 p.m., emergency teams arrived on-site and were able to locate the airman, who was tragically declared deceased at the scene.
