92-year-old seriously injured in car rollover in Town of Manlius

In Manlius, New York, a car accident involving a rollover left two individuals injured when their vehicle collided with a parked car. The incident occurred on Collamer Road on Nov. 21 at approximately 5:32 p.m. The Town of Manlius Police Department responded to the scene where it was found that a 2019 Cadillac XTS traveling eastbound veered off the road and struck a legally parked, unoccupied vehicle on the shoulder, causing the driver to lose control. The car then rolled over before coming to a stop on its roof. The driver, a 92-year-old, and the passenger, a 91-year-old, both residents of East Syracuse, were taken to Upstate Hospital. The driver is in serious but stable condition, while the passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Further investigations are being carried out with assistance from the New York State Police and the Onondaga Sheriff's Department.
