
85-year-old Massachusetts man dies in multi-vehicle crash on New Hampshire highway
New Hampshire State Police reported that a man from Massachusetts passed away following a multi-vehicle collision on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on Monday. The incident occurred around 2:48 p.m. near exit 7E on the northbound section of the highway. A sequence of events unfolded where an Audi Q5 rear-ended a Lexus ES, leading to a collision with a Ram 1500 pickup truck that ultimately overturned. The driver of the Lexus, identified as Joseph Casper, aged 85 and from South Boston, was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. An investigation is ongoing into the circumstances surrounding Casper’s death. The Audi driver, a 17-year-old named Candice Maple from Dunstable, Massachusetts, sustained minor injuries and was hospitalized, while the Ram 1500 driver, Brian Roberts from Churchill, Tennessee, also had minor injuries but declined medical treatment. The authorities continue to look into the crash.
