A man has been taken into custody following a tragic accident on Interstate 85 in Jackson County, Georgia, which resulted in the deaths of eight individuals, including five juveniles. The incident occurred when a semi-truck rear-ended a Dodge Grand Caravan, triggering a chain reaction involving a total of six vehicles. Both the van and the semi-truck caught fire as a result of the collision. The identities of the deceased have not yet been officially released.
