72-year-old woman dies in Rockton car accident
A tragic incident occurred in Rockton, Illinois, resulting in the passing of a 72-year-old woman from Racine, Wisconsin named Faith Moore. The accident took place on Illinois Route 2 when the vehicle Moore was a passenger in rolled over. The Winnebago County Coroner's Office confirmed her death, stating that the driver lost control north of the Wagon Wheel Road intersection. Despite the efforts of paramedics, Moore was unresponsive and was tragically pronounced dead at 10:34 p.m. An autopsy revealed she succumbed to blunt trauma to the head. The incident occurred on Saturday, October 11th around 7:30 p.m. Authorities have not made any charges in connection to the case.
