The driver, a 69-year-old woman, was operating a maroon Jeep that collided with the building at around 12:20 PM on Tuesday. Along with the man who passed away, a 59-year-old man on a treadmill nearby sustained minor injuries. The authorities are investigating the matter, with the driver cooperating with the police.
