6-car collision in Angelina County sends 8 to hospital
Eight individuals were admitted to the hospital on Sunday evening following a collision involving six vehicles near Hudson in Angelina County, Texas. Emergency responders from the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to the scene on State Highway 103 West after receiving a report of the accident with potential entrapment around 5:47 p.m. Upon arrival, it was determined that three of the vehicles had sustained significant damage. Of the eight individuals injured, seven were transported to a local hospital, while one was airlifted in critical condition. The Texas Department of Public Safety is currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
