A major road in central Las Vegas had to be shut down on Tuesday night following a crash involving multiple vehicles that resulted in five people being sent to the hospital, as reported by Metro police. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. when Metro police were called to the scene of a collision at the intersection of Decatur and Charleston boulevards. The crash involved a white pickup truck, a red pickup truck, and a sedan. The white pickup truck was heading north on Decatur and hit the sedan before swerving into the path of the red pickup truck, resulting in a head-on collision, according to police.
