4 injured in 3-car collision in Okaloosa County, per Florida Highway Patrol

A collision involving three vehicles in Okaloosa County resulted in four individuals being hurt, with two sustaining serious injuries. The driver responsible for the accident fled the scene. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning at the intersection of State Road 20 and Bay Drive. A 63-year-old man driving an SUV rear-ended a stopped SUV driven by a 73-year-old man, causing it to collide with a pickup truck driven by a 58-year-old man. The driver who caused the crash attempted to drive away but was stopped by an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Deputy. The driver and a passenger in the at-fault SUV sustained injuries, as did the driver of the first SUV that was hit and the driver of the pickup truck.
