3-vehicle wreck in Dryden sends 4 to hospital

DRYDEN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- Five people were caught in a three-vehicle wreck around Dryden on Monday afternoon. According to McLean Fire Chief Calvin Carr, the accident involved a box truck and two other vehicles. Four people were taken to the hospital, Carr said. Three people went to Upstate University Hospital, and one went to a hospital in Cortland. While no injuries were life-threatening, they needed to be considered as a precaution, Carr said. Carr did not speak on the causes of the accident and said it would be more of a police matter.
