3 individuals transported after ATV accident in Halifax County near Hollister: Sheriff
In Halifax County, a recent ATV accident in the western area has left three individuals injured. Two of the injured were airlifted for medical care, while one was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital following the incident at an ATV park in the Hollister region. The Halifax County Sheriff's Office shared this information, along with four photos, just before 7:10 p.m. The images captured the landing and takeoff of two medical helicopters on a field; one from ECU Health and the other from Duke Life Flight. These flights were observed departing around sunset on Saturday. A Facebook post from the sheriff's office requested prayers for those affected by the accident, generating over 250 comments, with the majority also expressing prayers for the injured individuals.
