2-year-old pedestrian dead after car crash in Saratoga County
NORTHUMBERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A 2-year-old has died after a crash occurred between a car and the child pedestrian. The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened on Brampton Lane in the Town of Northumberland Thursday evening. Authorities responded to the personal injury motor crash at 5:35 p.m. A preliminary investigation revealed that both the car and the two-year-old were on private property when the collision took place. The child was brought to Saratoga Hospital via ambulance, where they were pronounced dead. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Sheriff's Collision Reconstruction Unit.
