2 people hurt in Jenison Dollar Tree crash
Two individuals were harmed when an SUV collided with a dollar store in Jenison on Thursday morning. The incident took place at around 10:40 a.m. at the Dollar Tree on Cottonwood Drive. The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office mentioned that an 84-year-old man initially hit a parked car in the store's parking lot before driving into the store's front windows. Photos from inside the store show the SUV surrounded by scattered merchandise. Despite the chaos, prompt action was taken by store employees and emergency responders to ensure the safety of everyone involved. The driver and a customer sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
