2 killed in motorcycle chase crash in Harrison County
Two individuals have tragically lost their lives following a motorcycle chase that culminated in a collision in Harrison County. A chase initiated by deputies from the Wetzel County Sheriff's Department began near Pine Grove on May 8. The pursuit, as described by 1st Sergeant Henderson of the West Virginia State Police to local news outlet 12 News, involved high speeds, but specific numbers were not disclosed. The chase ended on West Virginia Route 20 in Harrison County, resulting in the fatalities of Nicholas Littleton, 37, from Monongah, and Michaela Collins, 29, from Pine Grove. Following the crash, State Police were contacted for assistance, and as of now, further details are not yet available.
