
2 in ‘serious condition’ after Todds Road crash
LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two people were taken to the hospital on Sunday in serious condition after a crash in Lexington. The Lexington Fire Department said it happened around 2:30 p.m. in the 5900 block of Todds Road. Department staff said a car crashed into a tree in the area. A passenger in the vehicle was taken to the hospital by emergency personnel, while the driver was pulled out using lifesaving equipment and flown by helicopter. "Both patients are in serious condition," the LFD said. An investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
