19-year-old facing charges in fatal Clermont County crash

A 19-year-old is facing multiple charges, accused of running a stop sign and causing a fatal crash in Clermont County earlier this year.It happened on Jan. 24, when a crash report alleges 19-year-old Sean Thomas McDonald was driving south on Swings Corner Point Isabel Road when he ran a st0p sign and hit an SUV, causing the SUV to go off the roadway and hit a sign. McDonald's car also went off the roadway and hit a tree.See WLWT morning headlines in the video player aboveThe driver and passenger of the SUV were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The passenger later died from his injuries after fighting for over a month following the crash.He has been identified as 74-year-old Dennis Skeene.McDonald was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. On Thursday, McDonald was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and felony vehicular assault.
