10-year-old boy killed in crash on WIS 67 in Waukesha County
Officials with the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department say a 10-year-old boy was killed in a crash on WIS 67 near McMahon Road in Waukesha County on Wednesday morning.Police say a 34-year-old man was driving northbound around 7:00 a.m. when he struck a vehicle that was waiting to turn onto McMahon Road.They say the vehicle that was struck was being driven by a 16-year-old male driver, and there were two passengers in the vehicle.Police say the 10-year-old boy in the backseat was pronounced dead at the scene.According to the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department, both drivers and the passenger who survived were all taken to local hospitals.WATCH: WIS 67 near McMahon Road in Waukesha County reopened after crashAll lanes of WIS 67 were closed in both directions until the scene was cleared at 11:29 a.m.Police say all parties are cooperating with the ongoing investigation.It’s about time to watch on your time.
