10 people hurt in Texas school bus overturning
Ten people, including nine students and the driver, were hospitalized after a school bus accident in Texas. The Travis County Emergency Services District reported that one injury was life-threatening and two others were potentially life-threatening, while the rest were not serious. The incident occurred on a rural road before any students were dropped off, with 43 people on board at the time. The cause of the rollover is still under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The bus, described as a 2024 model with seatbelts, veered off the road and flipped onto its side. The Leander Independent School District superintendent expressed sorrow over the incident and offered support to the affected students and families.
