
1 woman dead after Bradford County ATV crash
COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) say a woman is dead after an ATV crash Friday night in Bradford County. In a release, troopers say before 8:15 p.m., authorities were called to Painter Lick Lane in Columbia Township Friday night after an ATV crash. State police explain that the ATV was traveling Northbound on Painter Lick Lane when it struck a deer that jumped out into the roadway. Authorities say neither of the ATV occupants was wearing safety equipment at the time of the crash. The ATV driver, identified by authorities as 24-year-old Julian Crushshon-Fleming from Elysburg, sustained suspected serious injuries in the crash and was taken to Guthrie Troy Community Hospital, officials say. According to PSP, the passenger, identified as 23-year-old Alyssa Boyd from Bloomsburg, sustained severe injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene. State police say the recently deceased deer was found on the scene consistent with damage seen on the ATV. PSP says they received help on the scene from the Troy Fire Department, Guthrie EMS, and the PSP Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Specialists. Authorities say the crash is under further investigation at this time.
