Two individuals have tragically lost their lives and another is currently in critical condition following a collision on Saturday evening in Middletown, as detailed in a statement shared on the Middletown Division of Police's Facebook page. The incident occurred at the intersection of State Route 122 and Dixie Highway, prompting a rapid response from Middletown Police and Fire departments. Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered three vehicles had been involved in the crash. The injured individuals were swiftly taken to Atrium Medical Center, where one person was pronounced deceased upon arrival, and two others were airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital. Sadly, one of those individuals succumbed to their injuries at the hospital, while the other is currently in critical condition. The Middletown Division of Police, in collaboration with the Butler County S.T.A.R.T.
