1 person killed in Glenpool police after deadly accident.
Police in Glenpool are currently investigating a tragic incident that occurred near the intersection of 151st Street South and Peoria Avenue, resulting in the death of a woman. The accident took place on July 2 around 4:30 pm, when a Jeep traveling south on Peoria collided with the corner of a westbound oversized load trailer at 151st Street South. Unfortunately, the driver of the Jeep did not survive the crash, while the driver of the oversized load was unharmed. Although the westbound lanes of 151st Street were closed for three hours, they have since been reopened. The police are still determining the cause of the accident.
