1 killed in Dorchester Road motorcycle crash, police say
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A motorcyclist was killed in a Monday morning crash on Dorchester Road, police say. Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a crash in the westbound lanes of Dorchester Road near Forest Hills Drive just before 8 a.m. A heavy duty pickuo truck and a motorcycle collided, according to police. The motorcyclist died at the scene. Their name has not yet been released Police officials said the truck driver remained at the scene, and no charges are anticipated.
