1 injured after fiery crash on I-66 Express Lanes in Fairfax County
One person was taken to a hospital after a fiery two-vehicle crash on the Interstate 66 Express Lanes in Fairfax County, Virginia, late Friday night. The Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department said crews responded to the crash under Vaden Drive on June 26 in Fairfax. Fire officials said one of the vehicles caught fire as a result of the crash. Firefighters quickly responded and put out the flames. One civilian was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive their injuries. There is no word on what led to the crash.
