1 fatality in Rogers County crash
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) is currently investigating a deadly collision involving an Oologah-Talala school bus and a truck near Highway 169 and EW 370 Rd in Oologah. Thankfully, the students on the bus did not suffer any significant injuries, and the fatality did not involve anyone on the bus. Both southbound lanes of US-169 near EW 370 Rd are currently closed. According to a Facebook post by Oologah-Talala schools, all students are safe, but parents should wait for law enforcement to release them before picking them up from the accident site. Students from bus 15 are being taken back to the school for pickup at the Upper Elementary parking lot.
