1 dead, 1 juvenile injured after ORV crash in Clinton County
FRANKFORT, Ind. — One man is dead and a juvenile is injured following an Off-Road Vehicle crash in Clinton County. The Clinton County Central Dispatch were dispatched at 8:04 p.m. on Sunday to the 5400 block of West Manson Colfaz Road on a report of a crash with injury. The 42-year-old Frankfort man, Roger Burton Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene. A juvenile was transported to an area hospital in Lafayette with minor injuries. Indiana Conservation Officers are reminding the public to always wear a helmet, protective riding gear, and use all safety restraints. This is an active investigation.
