Ybor crash leaves community seeking comfort and answers
Aaron Luneau placed a candle outside Bradley’s on 7th, an LGBTQ+ bar in Ybor City, to honor the victims of a tragic incident where a car crashed into the bar, resulting in the deaths of four individuals and injuries to thirteen others. The bar is a beloved establishment in Tampa's gay community. Visitors gathered for a vigil to mourn the victims and show support for the bar, considering it a safe space and a pillar of the community. The incident, although not intentional, was deeply unsettling to those present, with many expressing fear and concern. Despite the shock and confusion that followed the crash, the community came together to support one another during this difficult time.
