Woman's sentencing date postponed for deadly Clinton County DUI incident because of attorney worries
Ashley Monroe, who is facing charges in a deadly drunk driving accident in Clinton County, has decided to retain her current lawyer as she prepares for her sentencing next week. Monroe had previously entered a no contest plea in August to nine charges related to the fatal incident in May 2024, where two individuals lost their lives and many others were injured on South Wacousta Road. Her sentencing is now scheduled for October 15 following a recent hearing.
