
Woman killed at Love’s Truck Stop in Vigo County identified by police
The Vigo County Sheriff's Office in Terre Haute, Indiana has named the woman who tragically lost her life in an accident at a Love's Truck Stop on U.S. 41. The victim, identified as Amanda Ludlow, a 47-year-old resident of West Terre Haute, was fatally struck by a truck on Saturday morning. The incident occurred just before 9:30 a.m. when authorities were called to 1740 E Harlan Drive for a vehicle-pedestrian collision. Unfortunately, Ludlow was pronounced deceased at the scene. Reports suggest that a truck was reversing into a parking spot when the collision with Ludlow occurred.
