Woman from Butte dies in weekend car accident
A woman from Butte, aged 49, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Sunday afternoon. The incident took place as she was driving south on Interstate 15, and her vehicle veered off the road, crashing into a delineator post and flipping over an embankment. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle. The Montana Highway Patrol's investigation did not find any indications of alcohol, drugs, or speeding playing a role in the crash.
