Westbound Route 140 in Westminster Closed Due to Pedestrian Accident
Maryland State Police reported that a pedestrian was involved in a serious crash on westbound Route 140 in Carroll County. The incident occurred around 9:45 pm Friday near Malcolm Drive in Westminster. The vehicle involved in the collision stayed at the scene, and the condition of the pedestrian was not immediately known. Crash investigators from Maryland State Police were called to investigate the scene.
