Victims in fatal crash on I-680 and Pacific Street identified
Omaha police have named the individuals involved in a fatal accident that took place on Friday at the intersection of Interstate 680 and the Pacific Street Bridge. A Chevy Silverado traveling westbound collided with a Toyota Highlander, causing the Highlander to be pushed downhill and hit a large pole. The victims of the crash were Melissa Suar, 10 years old, and Jose Suar, 18 years old, who were passengers in the Highlander, which was carrying a total of seven individuals. Five others were taken to the hospital for treatment as a result of the collision. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
