Vehicle collides with Coventry childcare center
On Monday afternoon, in Coventry, Rhode Island, a car crashed through a fence and into a playground at the Child Care Plus Learning Center, injuring five children. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. while 15 children were playing outside. According to Central Coventry Fire Chief Kevin Cady, the injured children were taken to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
