VBPD: Accident leads to shutdown on S. Independence Blvd.
Authorities in Virginia Beach, Virginia, attended to a traffic incident on South Independence Boulevard early Tuesday morning. The collision happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of the boulevard, leading to the closure of the southbound lanes from Foxwood Drive to Windsor Oaks Boulevard.
