Upstate coroner's office responding after one person is dead after wreck
The Anderson County Coroner's Office responded to a deadly wreck.The coroner says it happened just Sunday evening on Martin Road in Starr.South Carolina Highway Patrol says a Kia Soul was traveling Northbound on Martin Road. They then traveled off the right side of the road and hit a tree. Authorities say there were two people in the car. The driver was sent to the Anmed Medical Center and died a short time later. The passenger was also sent to the hospital with injuries.No other information has been released. Stay with us as we learn more.
