Two injured in motorcycle accident in southeast Wichita
Two individuals have been significantly hurt in a motorcycle crash in southeast Wichita at the intersection of Pawnee and George Washington Boulevard. The incident, which occurred just before 6 p.m., involved a Jeep turning in front of the motorcycle. Both the motorcyclist and a passenger in the Jeep were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The area will remain closed for a few hours as authorities investigate the accident.
